Finding the right outdoor lighting is not as easy as it once was. Many people are making choices based on their efforts to save the environment, and reduce their personal carbon footprints. Solar outdoor lighting is not for everyone.  It will work well for you if you live in a warm and bright area.  The lights have to charge during the day, in order to function properly at night.  If your lights don't charge during the day, you will have no light at night.  This is not ideal.

If you live somewhere like Florida, California, Vegas or Arizona; and solar lighting will work with your natural weather conditions, then it's a great choice to make for the environment.
